Tommy Crivello – Broker Associate
Thomas J. Crivello was born & raised in Brooklyn, New York. After graduating with honors from Kingsborough Community College & receiving an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Tommy enrolled in Boston University. While attending Boston University, the adoration & respect for his country unequivocally enhanced his decision to enlist in the United States Navy in 1995.Tommy was stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on board the USS Fletcher DD-992, a naval Destroyer Ship. During his unblemished naval career, Tommy served two tours in Iraq & participated in Desert fox/Desert Shield where he was awarded one of his two Navy Achievement Medals. Before being honorably discharged in 1999, Tommy had achieved the rank of Petty Officer Second Class. Returning to familiar roots, Tommy worked as a union carpenter in New York City for the following two years. In 2002, he & his bride, Nicole, made a life changing decision by moving to south Florida where Tommy became a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.Upon completing the two-year requirement for appraisal training, Tommy’s continual drive for success led him to establish TNN Appraisal, Inc. Eldita Garcia – Luxury Real Estate Specialist
Eldita Herreria-Garcia, was born & spent her early childhood in Louisville, Kentucky. Growing up in the Blue Grass State developed her love of horses which brought her to live, work, volunteer & play in our prestigious Southwest Ranches community for over 17 years. Born of Catholic Cuban parents, Eldita is fluent in both English & Spanish. Her parents migrated from Kentucky to Florida where she soon earned her B.A. w/honors in Liberal Arts & Sciences from the University of Florida. As a Gator Grad she started her extensive marketing career as a Resource Development Manager at United Way of Dade County where for 3 years she was responsible for the Combined Federal Campaign’s fundraising of 22,000+ federal employees. Acquiring considerable experience in fundraising, marketing, & corporate event production led her to her next position as the Marketing & Promotions Director of PCA Family Health Plans for 5 years. At PCA, she strengthened her skills within the public relations arena, her media-noted promotions included state-wide grand openings, health fairs, tradeshows, & community events. When the marketing budget was cut, she handled the construction supervision of the medical centers’ interior design & build-outs. In 1996, as the healthcare industry spiraled down, Eldita established Events By Eldita, Inc., a successful corporate events consulting business. Responsible for all aspects of operating her own small business, detailed event planning & production, some of her illustrious clientele included: General Motors, Hewlett Packard, Benihana, Humana & the Assn. of Floral Importers of Fla. Her years as a Corporate Event Planner has made her the organized, effective problem solving, detail-oriented individual she is today. In 2000, Eldita founded G.E. Development of So. Fla., Inc., a commercial building construction company where she learned the field of construction from the ground up working alongside her husband. Phil Caprio – Realtor
Phil Caprio was born and raised in New Jersey in a very close knit Italian family. In the early 1950s the Caprio family moved south to Miami Shores. After his move south, Phil attended and graduated from Florida State University. Shortly following his graduation Phil began operating his own Delicatessen Italian grocery stores for 20 years. Beginning in the 1980s Phil joined the industry of real estate and directed his focus towards development and onsite sales, residental listings, and general real estate. Throughout the 90s his main focus was in development as he and three of his brothers began their own construction development company, named Capa Builders & Developers, specializing in office buildings and retail centers in the Plantation and Fort Lauderdale areas.
Tony Caprio – Residential & Commerical Specialist; Aquisitions, Development & Investment Properties
Anthony (Tony) Caprio was born and raised in Miami Dade County, Florida. He attended and graduated North Miami High School and furthered his education by receiving his Associate of Arts degree from Miami Dade College. Shortly after acquiring his degree, throughout the 1980s Tony opened and maintained his own retail wine business in Boca Raton named Maison Du Vin. After ten successful years in the retail wine industry Tony and three of his brothers opened their own development company, Capa Builders & Developers, in which they specialized in office buildings and retail centers in the Plantation and Fort Lauderdale areas. In 1994, Tony’s passion for commercial real estate is what drove him to acquiring his real estate license and becoming an entrepreneurial real estate consultant. Tony defines himself as a Buyer’s and Listing’s agent and through his personable and communicative characteristics will help to find the best home for his buyers. Ivy Walls was born and raised in New Jersey. Shortly after her high school graduation she attended cosmetology school. Ivy has been a Cosmetologist/Master-Haircolorist with over 20 years experience in the beauty industry. She has also always had a love & fascination with the real estate industry, which prompted her to start buying & selling real estate over the past 15 years as a dual career along with cosmetology. Dave Mantz is a former Navy Seal who served from 1988-1997. After his service he moved to South Florida where he met and married his wife of 22 years. Dave welcomed three children as well as his own new appraisal company. Starting in 2007, Mantz Appraisal, Inc. began and served within the Miami-Dade and Broward areas. After two years, in 2009, his love of the real estate industry grew and he became a residential realtor working in the Cooper City and Davie areas.
